Good stay, newly remodelled place. Cool bright room with 2 queen beds. All in all comfy setting not far from hill. Excellent service and good value. Easy parking onsite.

It is convenient to the inner harbor. I like the life guard for the pool. She kept the pool clean inside and out, and she was very friendly.

Breakfast: Prefer "plain" waffles and/or blueberry or strawberry. One-plain and One-special flavor. Also, you can change up on the breakfast meat. Sometimes sausage, sometimes bacon. The snack vending machine could have been full and what was there was not fresh!!

The staff was very pleasant and tried to help with issues, but the hotel has a lot of issues that are beyond their control. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

The facility is unkept. Carpets are old and dirty/smelly. The first room we were in for 2 days had an overwhelming mold odor. They were at capacity so we had to endure for 2 days. The smell never dissipated even with the A/C running. Later we were moved to another room but they continued to put others in that room and adjoining rooms that probably had the same issue. We were awaken 2 nights by shouting and pounding on the room next door. Our room phone did not work and when I reported it, I was told it had been fixed but it was not (could have been a safety issue). I reported a large amount of water on the floor near the ice machine but it was never cleaned up (24+ hours). I put down two of my room towels to alert guests so they wouldn't fall. Hotel has potential but needs serious work.

Spacious rooms with two comfy queen beds 🛏️. The breakfast here is top-notch with quality products. The location is ideal, whether you need to get dolled up for a Sweet 16 party or explore the area easily.

The hotel is very unkept. The carpets are dirty and smell. The first room had an overwhelming smell of mold. We were moved to another room that was better but noticed the problem rooms were still being rented out. I reported water on the floor in near the ice machine (I used two of my room towels to hopefully avoid someone from falling). More than 24 hrs. went by and it was not cleaned up but they finally put up a sign to keep out. There was fighting/shouting and pounding on the doors in the hallway at 1 a.m. and again the following night. The internet would not work, the computer in the lobby did not work during our entire stay (11 days), and the phone in our room did not work. I reported the phone when I reported the hallway incident and one of the clerks said the phone had been repaired, but that was not true (safety issue). Due to the condition of the hotel we did not use the pool or exercise room due to cleanliness concerns. It was really not a good experience. Since it was prepay with no changes or cancelations, we did not have an alternative.

Bathroom had mold around the edges. There was a dirty mark on a sheet. The breakfast was average- eggs didn't look great, most cereal was sweet (no granola or oatmeal) only one kind of yogurt. The fruit was limited as well.

The entire hotel was clean, with large and updated rooms. We got a room with bathtubs, which was a nice touch. The staff from start to finish were especially helpful and very friendly. The location in the rear parking area was perfectly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
